This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited activities when using ZivMail. All users must comply with this policy to maintain service quality, security, and email deliverability.
You may not use ZivMail for any of the following:
ZivMail actively protects its sending reputation. Activities that negatively impact deliverability — including excessive sending, complaint generation, or poor list hygiene — are strictly prohibited.
Portions of the ZivMail website, including inbox displays and authentication flows, may operate in demonstration or simulated mode. These interfaces are not intended for live email sending or storage.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Enforcement actions may include warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of access.
ZivMail maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse-related activities. Accounts engaged in abuse may be terminated immediately without prior notice.
