Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited activities when using ZivMail. All users must comply with this policy to maintain service quality, security, and email deliverability.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use ZivMail for any of the following:

• Sending spam, bulk, or unsolicited email
• Phishing, impersonation, or deceptive practices
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or harmful code distribution
• Fraud, scams, or misleading communications
• Harassment, abuse, or threats
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

2. Email Reputation & Deliverability

ZivMail actively protects its sending reputation. Activities that negatively impact deliverability — including excessive sending, complaint generation, or poor list hygiene — are strictly prohibited.

3. Demo & Simulated Interfaces

Portions of the ZivMail website, including inbox displays and authentication flows, may operate in demonstration or simulated mode. These interfaces are not intended for live email sending or storage.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Enforcement actions may include warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of access.

5. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

ZivMail maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse-related activities. Accounts engaged in abuse may be terminated immediately without prior notice.

If you become aware of misuse of the ZivMail service, please report it immediately to:

7. Policy Updates

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations, technology, or service practices.
